You provide us with your personal data when you fill in the contact form, sign up to the newsletter or request the lead magnet.
What data do we collect?
In the contact form, we process the following data:

When signing a contract with us, we also collect:
- Company VAT number
- Company address
- Bank account
- Commercial Register Number
We use this information to respond to your request. We may also use it for follow-up marketing communications, like sending you offers we think you might like. This is based on our legitimate interest in growing our business.
In the newsletter forms, we collect:

We use this information to send you newsletters and marketing material based on your explicit consent through the form.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time. Every newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Just activate it and you will be removed.

Where is this data stored?
Your contact form data is saved and managed in Notion. You can review their privacy policy at privacycenter.notion.so/policies.
Your newsletter data is stored and managed in Brevo, an email marketing platform. You can review their privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Brevo and Notion may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, they use approved transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data is protected to EU standards.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary.Contact data is kept for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and any business relationship and 2 years after, or until you request deletion. Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed.
Once you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our active mailing list. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
How we may disclose your data?
During the processing of your request, we may disclose your information to the following categories of third parties:
